"A nice location! Whenever we have my stepdaughter, we stop for Dairy Queen right across from Carter's. Cute outfits, always lots of clearance. The store does seem a little cramped and difficult to navigate. The signing is confusing as well. I'm never sure how much an item really costs, but I know it's cheaper than the MSRP tag!"
"The cashier was very rude. Tried to return something that I found had been mislabeled (a 2T shirt with 9mos pant). I didn’t notice the mistake until I got home. Came back with my receipt (of over $500 clothes bought during my previous trip) and the cashier refused to take it. Said she couldn’t return it because it was 2 different sizes. It was their mistake! Then she kept asking if I was going to buy a necklace my daughter had picked up and put on at the counter during our conversation - as if I was going to walk out and steal it! The woman acted like I was trying to pull something over on her by returning the outfit or stealing the necklace. Unbelievable. I’ve spent thousands at this store in the last few years but I won’t spend another dime."
"Maria is by far one of the best sales associates I have met. Every time we go in she has a huge smile on her face even if she is doing multiple things and always very sweet and helpful. By far the best carter's I have been to, amazing customer service by everyone there."
