Salad and Go

"Normally salad and go is my go to place. Customer service is usually great but that can be said for this location!! (Dysart) their credit card machine went down while I was Ordering, not even a sorry for the inconvenience, they stopped serving mozzarella. Which is a bummer, asked for 2 dressings only got 1, ask for a cold brew. They were out, the service was rude. The cashier's had no personality, not even hi high your total is....."

"I ordered 3 salads, and 2 of them were missing at least 2 ingredients that we paid extra for. One of the ingredients being avocado. The 3rd one had very little avocado and it was brown. When I called and spoke with the manager, Noelle, she said we were supposed to be informed, which we were not. When I asked what would be done, she asked me to wait until tomorrow to bring back the salads I ordered for DINNER in order for them to be remade. When I informed her I wouldn't be leaving my home to return tonight at 9pm, she said "We can give you one salad, but we can't give you more than that, that would be too much for us." Apparently not making an order correctly and informing the customer who paid extra is apparently too much for them as well. I am very disappointed in the Work ethic and customer service of the employees at Salad and go, and expected much better from someone who is supposed to be a manager. I will no longer be purchasing anything from here."

"I have been here multiple times and each time the employees and food has more than exceed my expectations. I have tried their Cesar salad and the buffalo chicken salad and highly recommend them both. I love how they package their salads so that nothing spills out because they have wonderful big bowls for the salad."

"SMALL SALAD NOT VERY MUCH GREENS. Might wanna pay the extra $3-$4 and go to a Mad Greens or Zupas. Burrito is worth $4 it’s small but has good fillings. The eggs are very very bland. Jack n the box seasons the eggs better than this place. I love salad n Go but over time the portions have become smaller and less filling. MAKE YOUR PORTIONS LARGER!!!! Oh and tell your employees not to park in handicap spaces. Saw a woman in a grey SUV park in handicap spot and go in the door on the side. Probably a manager or supervisor or even an owner. Not good PR for your business. Picked my order up on 12/18 @ 0805."
