"My experience with the store was HORRIBLE. I could give negative stars if I could. First, people who work there are not professional at all and SUPER RUDE! I had a very bad experience with the assistant manager RANDEL HARVEY. He was passive aggressive and rude throughout and wasn't cooperative in answering my questions. The worst part is he started CUSSING and YELLING when we were asking him questions on how can we retrieve our previous purchase information. Second, their system is so outdated that they can never pull your purchase information unless you keep the receipt. Also RANDEL will not ask you for name and phone number for the order unless you tell it to him proactively. And if you don't your purchase history is lost. He isn't trained propely on how to use the system or talk to the customer. So next time go to another Johnston a d Murphy store and save your precious time and money."

"I could give it -1 ⭐ if i was able to do so. I was there with friend to buy shoes around 4pm 12/1/21. We decided to also check out the wallets they have and i was interested in buying. Long story short the clerk was rude and arrogant. It take a lot for me to feel this way about a store but this dude was very unprofessional. I'm like if you hate your job this much be rude for no reason please don't f up my day. All i can say is #spendyourmoneysomewhere"

"I need to buy dress boots for work. Drove to the outlet store in Chandler. It was about noon. One employee on the phone... Never acknowledged me. While I'm walking around with my first try on, another employee comes out of the back and has to walk past me within 3 feet to get to the front... He never acknowledged me. Ten minutes in the store, while I'm wearing my second try on, the only other customer walks in. He's greeted warmly. In fact, he was called "bother", and followed with conversation about the beautiful weather. I was absolutely going to buy the first try-on, a $98.00 pair of boots, when it dawned on me that my money was no good here. There were actually more boots on display that I liked! .... I had to walk past both employees to exit the store. They were now together in conversation. STILL NO ACKNOWLEDGMENT OF MY PRESENCE WOW"

"Love this place, but I suppose you have to be into that sort of style. I bought two pairs of leather boots/shoes and strangers stop me to compliment them. The prices are higher than what you'd find at a place like Kohl's, but the quality is fantastic. Service is great too."
