"Horrible customer service. Sat outside for 20 minutes waiting for the “manager” after that he does not even acknowledge us or help us to buy the product we wanted. Will not go here again"

"Everyone here has been friendly and helpful whenever I come by. I regularly purchase pet food here for my dog and cat, and crumble feed and pine shavings for my chickens. Prices are fair, and the online ordering for in-store pickup makes it convenient when there's low stock of something and you don't want to make the drive for no reason."

"I used to really enjoy shopping at ".this store. I'll probably not go back to this location. First you should post your accurate hours of operation on line. It stated that the business had updated one (1) week ago. Closing at 9:00 pm. Only I didn't even get to the front door before an employee said to me. "Do you know what you want . We are closing in a few minutes." That was after he had told us to move our car cause we were a tire width over on sidewalk.. lines are faded hard to see. So we moved the car. I do not know this employee or if he was manager. The fact that they were closing he was concerned about the freaking sidewalk in the middle of the parking lot. We are raising baby chicks and we're there to get supplies as well as dog food. I'm not sure but I think we would of spent over $100.00. I used to go there regularly. No longer. I'm so angry! "Came on 1/15/22 at 09:40 during a very light misty rain to fill propane tanks. Sign on store says open. Sign on yard says "we fill propane." Unloaded 4 tanks, then notified cashier the need for fill. "We don't fill propane when storming. It's the store policy. " I asked if the very light rain counted as "storming." Was given no answer. Area that propane is refilled is covered against weather. I have been through 38 states in the last 2 years and never had an issue and filled propane at Tractor Supply in most. The mist of light rain stopped while I was typing this... as you can see in the photos Very poor customer service. Won't be using them in the future."

"Just stopped for last minute Christmas gifts,Prices here are great, and Corey was very polite and friendly. However the lady with the blonde hair was very rude and had a major attitude problem and did not care to help at all and that's why I'm only leaving 3 stars. If you're gonna work with costumers atleast be polite and provide good customer service!!"
