"I placed an order and they send it to the old address and blamed it on FEDEX. After being fixed by journeys. 3 orders with the same issue until they told me I lost the last one. THAT IS THE LAST ORDER I WILL PLACE CUSTOMER SERVICE SUCKS ALWAYS SAME PROBLEM"

"This store has the most kindest employees, THEY ARE ALL friendly, and give great customer service. Lindsay the manager does an amazing job with assisting answers questions on shoes etc... They are even honest. I left one of my bags in the store by accident, with expensive merchandise from another store, realized later I had forgotten on the chair, went to the store and they put it away for me, and gave it back. Thank you again for doing that. I highly recommend this store!"

"Went in park place location. Was not greeted and neither employee asked if I needed help. I went as far as to pick up the shoe I wanted still no help. I young female walked in wearing short shorts and a half shirt one of the employees walked past me and helped her. I will jot go back I found the behavior rude and uncalled for."
