"Bought a bag of alfalfa hay 50lb bag of a brand I don't normally purchase. Didn't inspect it or sniff check it before buying. Opened it the next morning and it was sopping wet and completely moldy. I thought the smell was odd in my suv where it had stayed overnight. I called the store to ask about an exchange or return. The lady was standoff sounding then told me to hold to which she immediately hung up on me instead. I packed the bag back up into my car and took it back. Same lady was not nice with my return. Didn't offer an exchange. Placed my money on the counter instead of handing it to me. Cashier Amy, I was not happy with my service. Thank goodness the cashier the night before had sent me an email receipt or I think Amy wouldn't have helped me at all. Every other instance I've had spectacular service. I'm very disappointed."
