"Horrible customer service. The store did a order online, I paid cashed everything. They told me around 3-5 business day and I never received them, I called the store and they told me I would have to go the store and get my money back. Since, they told me my order was canceled. I went to the store, the store said they couldn’t refund me. I had forgot my receipt... went back for it, and they had already threw away in the trash"

"I did an online order last night for next day pick up. Found some super cute Airmax for both my niece and daughter! Not knowing they had even opened a new sporting goods store next to Marshalls (which I shop frequently). Very spacious, tons of variety, friendly and informative staff. Wasn’t busy at all when I went in because I don’t think anyone knows it’s there. Go here for your next sports wear shopping!"
"I had a wonderful experience today. I had never had a chance to be in Hibbett Sports, only my husband. Today I picked up a pair of shoes I ordered online to be shipped to the store. Staff were absolutely the best - very welcoming as soon as I walked in, asking about my purchase and asking the age of the child I was buying for, helpful in an additional purchase I made. Gave me some cute little freebies for my 8 year old's basketball practice. Needless to say when I gave it to him, he was over the moon! Nothing better than GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE! I have 5 little boys in my life, I WILL BE RETURNING!"
