"Margaret is such a sweet lady! Today I went in and bought a couple of things for my baby chicks, she always greets you when you come in. And ask if you found everything okay when checking out! She is super friendly and willing to help! She knew exactly what I needed when I was first starting out with baby chicks!"

"This place is absolutely ridiculous. I called 20 minutes in advance because it was a 30 minute drive for them to tell me that the dog wash was open. So I proceed to waste gas and my time just to get up to the register after waiting in line for 15 minutes for them to tell me that the dog wash station was closed. If it doesn’t work than just say that. Complete waste of my time and I got absolutely no apology or nothing. Don’t waste your time with this location."

"I bought some jeans for someone, for Christmas, however, I got the wrong size, so I gave them the receipt, but when he went to switch them out, they charged him $9, because I had bought them on sale, & sale was over! That is NOT good buisness!"

"The manager Steven today on 11/2/23 refused to help us with a return and was reluctant to give me back my receipt which detailed the transaction and return. I took the receipt back and he got loud and violent. It had been already taken a few days so we went to the bank and he got angry seeing our documentation proving there was something on TS's end. He immediately kicked us out and threatened security, there was none that ever came while we called Customer Service inside the store. The documentation stated that it was pending (initiated) and then that on Tractor's Supply end they rescinded. Thank god we still had our receipt and that I got it back! On the line with customer service he sounded like a whiny drug addict unable to be come to terms with his actions, but instead of drugs was the equally destructive energy of ignorance and racism. Danni the front cashier saved the day and apologized for his rude behavior. She understood we didn't feel safe talking to him. We called customer service and they said the District Manager would open a panel to discuss his behavior and due to computer banking errors it might take 7 days or longer. Had Steven just said that it would have been simple but he chose to take out his personal life or bad day on us. I would never shop here again, not even telling this guy I was a veteran could get him to stop his tirade."
