"Called the pharmacy and was immediately told by someone that my call would be put on a short hold. After two minutes the line began to ring again and one minute later, the call was disconnected. I guess that they don’t want my business."

"I just moved into the area and I was excited about living next to this location! . I’ve only been in this Walgreens three times and every single visit has been something.. The craziest thing is that they don’t do most of what every other Walgreens does! Every single time they say oh, well, we don’t do that, because this is not the policy of Walgreens. That’s absolutely incorrect, and that pertains to things regarding the pharmacy and other things. It’s just weird because literally I have to go to a Walgreens. That’s twice as far to do the same things that I should be able to do with this location. Do Better! I do everything I can to avoid going to this location! And a few of my neighbors had told me about it prior to going, but I wanted to judge for myself. Thank God there are so many other Walgreens in the area but it’s just sad because I should not have to go outside of where I already live. ."

"I did my covid test at this location. I have never got my result. I have been calling and not able to get through. On hold forever. I called the main Lobby and talked to a manger, she say call back in 1 hour. Must wait at least 24 hours so in 1 hour I complete the 24 hours. I called after 24 hours and I was on hold for almost an hour and no one answer the phone. I called and ask for a store manger, he told me to call back because they are busy. On hold for over an hour. I decided after a long wait to drive to Walgreen. I got there with my Facemask on. I approach the counter and ask if I can get my result. The lady on the counter printed the result and went to the pharmacy manger and talked to him. The Pharmacist came to me and asked to leave the pharmacy and go to the drive through window to get the result. I asked if he can just hand me the paper with the result, he insist that I leave the pharmacy right away and go to the drive through window. I did so and I was handed the POSITIVE result. I felt as a criminal or if I had committed and major sin the way the Pharmacist treated me."
