"Was there about a month ago on a Tuesday around lunch time for about 25 minutes. No one else in the store and my friend and I were looking and browsing every rack for something particular. There was a guy who was folding sweaters and we walked by him several times along with another sales associate. We were never acknowledged. We were never asked if we needed help. When we went to try something on it was as if it was an inconvenience to ask if we could use the fitting rooms. The only reason I’m giving it two stars is because the young lady who was at the register with the star patches on her face was really kind when we asked a couple questions regarding holding something. Fortunately we found what we were looking for at another store, but this was a very cold and unfriendly experience."

"I've been to Express inside of Chandler Mall a handful of times. I observe customers being greeted and attended to while I am always ignored and when I finally get the attention of a store employee I never get a smile or hello. I can't help but to feel discriminated against when I shop at this location. I will not be returning."

"Been going to this location for over 10 years. Their holiday clearance sales and generous reward programs always keep me coming back. You can get $15 reward for clicking 2 buttons and updating your profile once a year. Even though their clothing prices are on the high side, you're definitely paying for quality and comfort. Well worth every penny in my opinion! Looking forward to bringing my family back next time we're in need of some fashion upgrades!"

"I have been in this Express twice in the last year. I usually just order online. Both times the staff seemed completely oblivious to my presence. Nobody was near the dressing rooms. The woman with the weird hat and mask on didn't say a word when we walked in. The other woman at the desk did not once even attempt to crack a smile. She acted as if she couldn't be bothered. I asked her for help looking for sizes and she couldn't be bothered to do that or find someone to help me do that. This store never has the size I want. There was not a single pair of size 2 jeans in the style I wanted to try on in any color in the entire store. A totally wasted 50 minute round trip. I almost bought something I didn't even want, but there was no tag on the item. I told the woman checking me out that I thought the item was on the clearance rack and asked her to come look with me. She absolutely refused. After I asked several times, I told her what she could do with that item and I left. Then she stood there telling all the other customers that I was "rude" to her over and over. The store was basically empty, so it wasn't as if they were too busy to help me. I'll never waste my time here again."
