"First impression all the employees looked like they hated their job/ life. Not friendly in the slightest. Then I get my sandwich home only to find I basically have ranch and mayo soup between such soggy bread it was not edible. There was more ranch and mayo than any other toppings. Half the amount of turkey I've gotten previously. I was super disappointed with this sandwich and will definitely not go back to this location again."
"Absolutely worst customer service possible! All three ladies inside gave attitude and were condescending. Then at the end she was about to hand me 2 ranches and then give me one, I ask for the other and she says only one was mentioned on the receipt so she wouldn't give me a 2nd ranch. Will never return to this location. What a joke."
"Listening to managers talk down to their staff. Watching one person getting slammed while mangers are standing there proudly saying OUT LOUD that's their job not mine! Hearing one female (driver I assume) saying I'm taking all the tipped order and you all can have the rest! I cringed!!! I swear there is some shady stuff going on in this location. Walked in and heard enough and walked out! Didn't stay long enough to order food. I didn't want a side of negativity with my sandwich that day. Will never go back to this location."
"I ordered a slim turkey added provolone and they literally gave me 2 pieces of turkey that dosnt even cover the bread for 7.65 I’m pissed! That’s ridiculous I will never return!"
"When they say fast, they mean it! Even on custom orders. The meats and cheeses on the subs are more of a deli style. The French bread is good...not too hard, not flaky. The atmosphere has a funny NY style about it."
