"What has happened to this Chipotle? About a third of the steak on my tacos was inedible, so full of gristle and tough that I couldn't chew it and I had to throw it away. They forgot my sour cream and the chips that came with my guacamole were burnt! They were great in the past, but I have noticed a downhill slide and after reading all the other customers' bad experiences, I have reached the point where I am almost ready to give up on getting food here. I don't know if it's a new owner or what, but please take note of your reviews and restore the quality of your food back to what it was. I am one more bad order away from giving up on ordering here and from reading the other reviews, I'm not alone."
"I just had my entire pick up order stolen from their shelves. 70+ dollars worth of food. The manager instructed an employee to tell me to call the 1800 number to get a refund because the food would be “unaccounted for” if they simply remade it. They gave me gift cards for two free entrees but I had to stand there in line and reorder for my family and pay 70+ dollars again as I was too tired to escalate the matter and ask to speak to the manager personally. Gift cards for two entrees and an appetizer was in poor taste on the manager’s behalf as I had to take on the entire inconvenience of fixing the problem myself when my order was stolen on their watch. According to the employee, food being stolen off the shelves is a common occurrence at that location. I don’t blame the employee though. She was very kind. Please fix your Pickup system and ask people to confirm their orders instead of just allowing people to walk up and pull food off the shelves."
"This location is just horrible. At around 7 pm they were out of just about everything. The employees were rude and just didn’t care And there was trash piled up inside and outside on the patio"
"Absolutely the worst chipotle. Did a pick up order. I asked for extra rice. They barely gave me ONE scoop. And they put cheese in it. My son cannot eat cheese. Insane"
"Not usually one to write reviews on stuff but this one was just not acceptable. I went in and ordered a bowl & first of all I wasn’t greeted which is not so much of a problem if it’s busy but it wasn’t at all. The workers were in little groups just having conversations. As I was ordering I asked for a side of sour cream and the lady looked annoyed when I asked for it but when I got home ready to eat I opened up the bag and saw this…. Highly dissatisfied."
