"Excellent Mexican food This was my first time at Ta Carbon. I have to say it's already one of my favorite places. The prices are reasonable and the food is excellent. The restaurant is very clean and organized. The service is great also. I just had a little trouble understanding the cashiers English, but it was no big deal. "I wanted to make sure I tried almost everything off the menu and that's not just because everything I had was amazing and I just wanted to keep eating here! The taco hazz green chili and cheese asada burrito is my new favorite thing to eat. This place gets it right in its simplicity, just meat, tortillas, beans, cheese and salsa. I had the papa loko which was a baked potato covered with carne asada, bacon, onions and chilies. I went home and took a nap after it. It was so filling. I feel the quality of the meat and the amount is perfect for the price and the red salsa is flavorful and spicy. I mean there's four other burrito places in the neighborhood and I only want to go here now. This place can get really busy and the salsa bar is a little small for the amount of people. They should have two one on each side of the register but they keep the one well stocked and clean, and that's my other takeaway. This place has good service. There's always somebody cleaning. There's always plenty of people cooking and plenty of people taking orders. It seems like it's run pretty tight."
