"Is there a Negative Star to give? Ordered for delivery 2 dinners a soup Rangoons and a large drink. (I know.....that's quite the order) After ONE HOUR AND FOURTYFIVE MINUTES I decided to call and check the whereabouts of our Dinner. Was told they had difficulties and it be no more than 10 minutes. It couldn't have been the distance seeing they could have literally thrown the food over the wall, that's how close we were. Food got here but now we were missing the drink We finally made it to the food only to be so disgusted. Cold dried out and just thrown together. Since it was very late by the time we tried to eat we called the next day to complain and getting our money back. Lil miss Sandra (delivery manager) offered us 25 % next time. Well there will be NO NEXT TIME. AFTER asking to talk to the owner we got nothing but lame excuses. I am beyan myself about the poor customer care and rudeness. That food went right down the trash that's how nasty it was"

"I was in last week and it was about 10 minutes before closing, and I wanted House special fried rice. I was told they were out, chef list the pot lid on the rice cooker, showing it's empty. Now it goes today and it's the 30th of March 2019. I went to order House special fried rice, noticing women sitting at the counter and she's going in about 45 minutes to an hour earlier, to pick up an order she had called in I have our earlier, and they still did not have her order out after an hour and 1/2. I am certainly understanding, I realize staffing issues, sometimes stock levels, and even the experience level of the chef all play into the success, or not, of a business. I was so happy to see them come to the neighborhood about 2 years ago. If they continue with these challenges for much longer, I certainly am concerned that the business will close. In all fairness, I am reading them have one only for the single reason of the inability to provide any customers with a main staple the corner menu, fried rice. I realize I wanted has special fried rice. However, I was more than willing to accept fried rice as a substitute. I'll give it another month or so and try again. If they happen to get it right on the third time I will change the rating from a 1 to a 5, based on the quality of the food as prepared, freshness of ingredients, and overall taste. They would have had a 5 all day long for me oh, have you been able to meet a very basic requirement for a Chinese restaurant."

"Food is really good! They have great lunch specials and family dinner specials. Portions are big so we always have leftovers when we order the family dinner for two (even though there are 3 of us). The best part is they deliver!!! The food has taken, at most, an hour but the food is ALWAYS hot and you can tell there is probably only one driver, who are always nice and friendly."

"We ordered for delivery, and we were missing a dish which was beef with vegetables. Not only did they not call me back, but their phone system was programmed to go straight to voicemail. I left a message and still haven't received a phone call back and it still goes to voicemail. The white rice was over cooked the fried rice was used white rice that may have been fried for like twenty seconds. The egg drop soup was not good at all, it was half cold and half warm. The egg rolls were way greasy and no taste. Sweet and sour chicken was just not good, plus they only gave us a small amount of sweet and sour sauce for the the meal which wasn't even enough to make it sweet and sour chicken. I wouldn't even give it one star, but it's the only way it'll let me write a review. I will not be ordering from this place again."
