"Out of all the fast food restaurants I've been too in the area, I must say that the employees here were just amazing! I wish I would've thought to get their names at the time. They deserve recognition. I was greeted with smiles as I walked in, Not only was their demeanor and overall behavior incredibly kind and genuine.(No automated robotic-esq lines.) I was asking a question about the new Boba Milk Tea and the cashier taking my order brought me a small plastic cup with just enough inside to get a thorough taste. How kind and thoughtful! Who does that? So instead of missing out for fear of not liking it, I ended up ordering two of them because I knew I liked it!! They weren't busy so they actually brought my order to my table. And then offered to take away the trash & tray when I was finished! I felt as though I was at a regular restaurant and not a fast food joint. I came in pretty late but they didn't pressure me to leave. In fact the opposite they told me to take my time and just let them know when I was finished so they could let me out. Again who does that?? Not to mention that the food was really good quality. Usually at most fast food locations it's like a game of craps if the quality is going to be decent or sub-par. The whole place was immaculate. Every table spotless. The bathroom was also very clean. Long review short: I will go out of my way to come here just because of how awesome the employees are and how welcome they made me feel! The Boba Milk Tea is my new favorite treat! I hope the managers understand how great their current employees are. Thanks again for the great ending to my day! Will absolutely recommend this location to others."

"I don't mind their food it's usually pretty good wait times differ. But why I won't being going back. They're intentionally RIPPING OFF customers! The sign displays one price THEY charge another. $8.99 combo rings up to $11.23 before tax. I think they're hoping for people not to pay attention. I called them out on this a few months ago and they're STILL doing it. I called them out on it today. They replied "Oh yeah we have raised the price". I repeated your sign still says different. SO I'm thinking they're purposely trying to mislead people."

"Mobile order. Get to the window, questioned about my name yet again. Then told I had to show my email confirmation on my phone before I could get my food. This was said to be because of theft recently. I do mobile ordering a ton at places and never an experience like this to be treated like a thief. Last time I'll be coming here. All over a $6 order. Really? Not to mention food semi warm, and my tacos put haphazardly in the bag so when I grabbed them they fell out of the slip into the bag into."

"The lobby was empty except for us the other tables were not cleaned. Employees are not wasting there hands after going into the bathroom. The food was good though but I wish the person taking the order would have greeted us or something instead of looking like we was wasting her time. Yes they were putting the load away the first girl greeted us then I said I was not ready so she called someone from the back. That's were it got bad service I have not been there in awhile but it looks like I'll be driving out of my way for good food and service. Ok went back to Jack in the box What a great chance someone turned this place around for the greater this crew was on top of all orders drive thru was busy and inside was good to there were two head of me but the food came out fast and hot and the french fries were great. Great Job Crew. Today was at the Restaurant again and had the mini tacos they were great"
