It's Just Wings

"Probably the worst wings I've had to date. I ordered the 16 piece Buffalo traditional from Uber eats. I pull out a wing and noticed some feathers were still intact and cooked with the chicken. This wasn't the only one that had feathers still intact. Took a leg out, bit into it, was undercooked. Picked another (smaller) leg, was over cooked. By that point I just threw out the wings. I obviously don't recommend this location."

"I'm the person that eats all of the chicken wing except the bone but these were so old, the meat was hard. I couldn't even get full. The fries were also a massive fail. There are a variety of them to begin with, some.burnt to a crisp, some burnt hard and wrong kind. It made me feel like I got the leftovers from the trash bin. I couldn't eat them. They were hard. We've ordered here since you've opened and it's definitely gone down. All I am asking for is what we pay for. Where has your QUALITY CONTROL gone? I really miss it when you first opened and everything was fresh and delicious, not a roll of dice to see if today they will be good. With the way prices are already going we're not going to want to gamble on quality control anymore. Super bummed but gross and terrible representation of selling food. Terrible. You, employee, manager, staff, wouldn't want it either."

"The wings were either under cooked or blackened don't know how you could have messed up wings so bad. Had to toss most of the food out it was inedible. This place is a salmonella outbreak waiting to happen not to Mention was waiting 30 minutes over the projected time. Avoid as if you life depends on it because honestly it probably does."

"We decided to order from this place for an easy Friday dinner and were totally disappointed. One wing was bloody and raw inside, the order took an excessive amount of time to arrive via door dash and the food was all barely warm."

"This place has plenty of potential but not sure who runs it or why it’s inside of a chili’s. 2 bad experiences on 2 different occasions, 1st a door dash order where drivers were not available but picked up my order 30-40 min later. Most places will at least keep your food warm or remake it. Food came in cold and not warm at all. I like the food not gonna file a complaint. So this time I decided to pick up instead. Not only do parking signs say to wait outside but they will literally stare at you parked, for “it’s just wings” orders you must walk inside. Door dash app doesn’t mention nor does the signs outside. They waited until I walked in and said “sorry we don’t walk these orders out”. Wow... ok. At least come out and yell it to me or walk it out once and say “next time pls walk inside” or tape a “walk in” sign. My last order here, I get better service at a little ceasars LOL"
