"Nice and clean location. Food was a bit of a wait, but that could be due to the time we went. The bathroom doors wouldn't open, so I went to a nearby store to wash my hands."
"There were no lines and no other customers for dine-in on 01/27/24. Got 2 Colorado burgers with black bean patty & 1 Avocado burger with black bean patty. I confirmed before paying the order due to religious reason we don't eat meat/beef. The order was made incorrect. I went back to same guy at register; he said 'technical issues' and talked to someone inside. Waited 3-5 minutes still no answer and follow up. I went back to ask our food was getting cold. He said we are out of green chiles, spicy mayo, and others. Our burgers were cold by now, fries soggy, etc. no communication what so ever letting us know of certain items for burgers were not available. No offer for substitution. my daughter commented 'she doesn't want to come back'. we finished what we had and left. I would not go back to this location. There was no offer of substitution etc. poor customer service. I would like my money back as I paid $33."
"Wow!!!! My friends warned me not to go here and I still went. I waited 30 minutes for my order and it was wrong. And they had to fix it. Also, don't order tots. They don't fill them to the top. You only get 16.... and I only got 11. Check your food when you go here. I wasn't the only one there that had a messes up order."
"This store is being ran by the Lord of the Flys, or the Lost Boys of Peter Pan! The service was that of a non verbal toddler and the food was made by Helen Keller. When we finally received our order 30min late the food was cold and the hamburgers looked like they had been cooked and recooked several times, I’ve attached photos for your viewing pleasure. When I called to request a refund the store manager Jake (who said his name was also Dray) was rude and incapable of solving even the simplest addition problem. He refused to provide the corporate number or the name of his GM! Good job Smash Burger!"
"We were surprised at how expensive it was to eat a single hamburger combo at this fast food restaurant, ($32 including tip for 2 people, no dessert).... however we were also pleasantly surprised at how tasty the burgers were. We liked the fact that they were smaller burgers. My partner had a truffle mushroom burger and I opted for the bacon burger, with rosemary and garlic tater tots. It was all very good. The service was great too."
