"I've been coming to this Starbucks for awhile now because it's the location that's closest to my house. Everytime I go there in the afternoon, my drink order is always messed up. I have some pretty serious food allergies and been sent to the hospital twice now from the mistakes the staff has made. I used to be a "partner" for 8 years and know following the sticker isn't very difficult. We used to make sure food allergies where taken very seriously, apparently at this location l they are not."

"Love their coffee but I think it's overpriced for what you get and there's always a line which is annoying to always wait. I wish they would do what Dutch bro's does and have someone outside in the line taking orders. Smart."

"I am super frustrated with my experience at Starbucks. I waited in the drive thru line for 20 minutes where the cars barely moved so I decided to do a mobile order in the drive through to help the line go by quicker so they didn’t have to put in my order and charge my card which said my order would be ready in 6-8 minutes then another 10 minutes until I got to the drive thru screen. When I got to the screen they told me “I don’t know if you’re mobile order will be done by the time you get to the window” and I asked why it wouldn’t be done since I ordered it while waiting in this long line, and if I ordered it at the screen it would be done, and they ignored me. Then another 20 just to get to the window. So when I got to the drive thru window they gave me my 2 frappes but told me I had to wait on the side until the “15 hot drinks are done since they are ahead of me” which makes no sense because people ahead of me in the drive thru line got there hot drinks and I ordered far in advance. They told me that I have to wait my turn but at this point I had been waiting almost 40 minutes in the drive through line. They refused to make my one hot chocolate and I had to wait another 15 minutes for my hot chocolate. At this point I had not gotten any apologies instead I got a watered 2 down frappe, and a hot chocolate without whip cream. The hot chocolate tastes like water and the frappe literally taste like nothing but whip cream. 17$ for terrible service and drinks. Honestly very disappointed."

"I went through drive thru and asked an employee at the window about a coupon your app is promoting. She said she didn’t know anything about a coupon. She asked another employee and she confirmed the coupon is valid on merchandise . I asked her if it was valid today and she laughed , I asked her to confirm the day of coupon validation and she then confirmed, unprofessional to laugh when a customer is asking a question .. and maybe train your employees on coupons being promoted ."
