"The team was really nice, they provided great customer service and had samples available and offered to make more if we wanted. There are plenty of seating options both indoor and outdoor. Street is loud if you are outside and music is loud if you are inside good place to sip with friends but not for work purposes."

"It's very unprofessional to run a business without a phone number. I can't call in orders while driving on a wireless headset, I can't contact the store when there's an error on my order, and I can't call and ask about holiday specials. I will not shop anywhere that has gone with the help yourself movement. If I wanted to help myself I would have just made coffee at home. (Try Top Cup if you're looking for great coffee and proper service)"
"2nd visit in the past week. Ordered a hot gingerbread latte both times, it's delicious! Service is good, very friendly. Quiet location, the inside atmosphere is nice to sit and enjoy your coffee."
"I was extremely sad when I had to stop going to the black rock in Mesa ( Gilbert and baseline ) . That location will always be my favorite that store manager is the sweetest, lady and really makes you feel welcomed every single visit . Very genuine person and made sure her staff carried their self the same way . Unfortunately I had a terrible experience almost every time going to the Val vista and queen creek location . Their attitude is garbage and extremely saddens me the manager there allows it , his attitude is absolutely disgusting.I had to stop going to black rock for a while because I couldn’t bare the disrespect anymore at that location . I made the choice to try this new location , it was definitely not a mistake . I’ll be coming here regularly again . ❤️I like this location . Great employees at this location. Really makes a difference."
