"I went thru drive thru, and originally I was unimpressed the drive thru tenant made me repeat myself 5 plus times so I was certain she got my order. Unfortunately I got to the corner and she gave me burger and a toy.(I was only ordering for my child and myself) I parked and ran in thank goodness for Manager "Glenda"? She corrected the order and didn't charge for me. She was polite and fast. She seemed to understand that some employees weren't pulling their weight. Good job Glenda."
"I don't visit McDonald's for personal preference, but after a long week of finals & pure exhaustion, my kids and I decided on none other than here. My poor daughter, already unenthusiastic, opened her burger to find a nice long hair sticking right out from the middle. We all completely lost our appetite. At least when I returned the burger for a refund, the manager was kind about it, and we all had a good laugh after. It was more of a reminder why we never eat here in the first place."
"McDonald’s has completely lost my family’s business after tonight’s Grubhub order. Everyone orders happy meals for the toys. No toys. My kids were heartbroken of course. The crispy chicken sandwich was burnt to a crisp and tiny. Probably in rancid oil. A patty on a bun with a single pickle. Do better. I hope I don’t get sick. Never again."
"All McDonalds are the same right! The food might all taste the same but the building and the employees are way different. This location is always clean, in fact they have a person just cleaning the place every time I have been there. They are courteous and efficient. Go see them and if you have small children your in luck because they have an inside play area that they will love. So while your eating all your kids fries you won’t be caught. Let us know what your experience was like. Update 2-8-20 This location is usually nice and clean. Maybe they had a rough day becuase the entire floor in front of the sofa machines is dried sticky pop! Floor and tables dirty. I will check back and see if it's just a bad day or that's the new norm."
