"I see no reason to support this location. The lady at the counter was texting while taking the order and of course the order was wrong. When you get a to go order you don't realize it until you are at work. I ordered a toasted bagel with pb &jelly and then a toasted muffin with butter. They told me they couldn't put the butter on the muffin? Then after I paid they told me no jelly, so I just had cream cheese on the bagel - no refund on the difference was offered, and the toasted muffin with butter that I order was just a muffin - non toasted and no butter. So I ask why would any want to go to this location?"
"Avoid the drive thru at all costs. Made an order. Order read back totally wrong. Then sat there for 2 min waiting for confirmation of the original order. No response. 2 more min. No response. Went to pay window and they have no order. Girl comes up and says she didn’t write it down. (Writing orders in 2023?). Told to park and wait inside and no priority on the order. Whole ordeal took 35 min instead of 10. New visit. Ordered 5 Everything bagel sandwiches. This is what I got"
"I had about an hour to kill before an appointment so I came in for breakfast. Fast and friendly service and perfect inside for eating and doing a little work while I waited. While I was sitting there, a customer came in the door with a Einstein bagel bag in her hand. One of the staff greeted her and said, "good morning, what can I fix for you?" The customer explained that she received the wrong order in the drive-through. The employee apologized and made it right for her. I was very impressed that the employee was attentive enough to notice that she came in with a bag and the initial response was how can I fix it? Not usually what you get when you return with a wrong order. A+ service"
