"I just visited this location and redeemed a reward, and I got home and realized I was still charged full price after doing the math. I ordered 2-24 ounce iced caramel macchiato and a small smoothie. My total was still $22.45. I signed the receipt and even tipped a few dollars in cash. I just assumed she didn’t put my reward in or didn’t hear me and when I got home and looked at my app, I realized that she did Redeem my reward, but it didn’t take the money off. Unless I drive all the way back up there I don’t know how to make this right. The phone numbers for the locations just don’t exist when you try to call it and there’s no contact information on the website either."
"This place is amazing!!! The drinks are addictive for sure but the workers are what really makes it my favorite coffee place. Everyone here is so friendly and accommodating, I've never had a bad experience with either the baristas or the drinks they make. Will definitely continue to come way too often!"
"Tried the Hyperspace hot and it was amazing. Definitely a very sweet coffee. Tasted like the Samoa girl scout cookie. I usually just drink coffee with a little cream but decided to get something sweet and it was a great treat. You can really taste the coconut. Service was great. You don't get your ears chatted off like at Dutch Brothers which is nice. Friendly greeting, to the point ordering, and then on your way. Will definitely be back to try just a regular coffee with cream."
"I went here due to my kids telling me about the free coffee and it was right by the place I was going for a work training event since I’m never in this area. It was super busy but I expected that because duh it’s free! I ordered an iced americano with oat milk and a teeny amount of caramel. When I got to the window they tried to give me some apple drink but possibly by the look on my face the staff member quickly backed it away from me. Lol The staff wasn’t super friendly but I wasn’t upset due to the look of stress on all their faces because well duh it’s free! I enjoyed my Americano because it was super strong like I like it and they only gave me a tiny bit of sweetener… most people don’t get that right!! I will definitely go back if I’m in the area again even if it’s not a promo free event. Thanks guys!"
