"I went back after 2 years to try it again. The location in Bell Rd. I last went to was a bad experience, and the owner did reach out and give me a gift card to try again. I'd forgotten about it until I came across it recently, and as I'd moved,I decided to try the closer location. The food was great and we got right in. Our wait person was just attentive enough, without hovering. The food was excellent and we didn't wait long. Only complaint I had was our appetizer came AFTER our meal was served. One additional bonus was the gift card was twice the amount I thought it was for, so that was a nice surprise. Still an expensive place to eat but fun for the occasional treat."
"Service was great and most of my food was great. The pickles were a bit salty, but I've never had fried pickles, maybe that's how they should taste. Still, a great night with the family."
"Great customer service! My seafood bag (I just get shrimp and sausage) is always good. My lobster rolls are typically good, but it’s been a hit or miss on the bread. I am not sure if you all are using a new bread (it is darker), but I would advise going back to the old bread, for that top tier taste! Will add pics of what I mean, regarding the bread."
"First time dining here and I am a Satisfied Customer and will be returning to this place... Our waiter was on point and made sure we had what we needed at all times... I demolished the whole bag... Every piece of shrimp, sausage, crab legs the potatoe and corn was great... Kinda pricey but worth it.... No forks or knifes... I put on the gloves and the bib!!! All around great experience and would definitely recommend to others... Thanks Angry Crab Shack for the wonderful food and atmosphere.... See you next time!!!"
"The service was not great. They need more help. We paid so much money to wait for food. Also refills. Crab cakes are nasty."
