"My white chocolate mocha was disgusting. My banana bread tasted like it’s been sitting out all week. They also wouldn’t scan my account for points and told me I had to have a physical Starbucks card to receive points."
"I went to pick up a coffee this Saturday at 7:30 and had to wait for the curly haired barista to stop talking to her blonde friend and when I tried to order a coffee she told me she cleaned the espresso machine for the night and could only make a tea or a refresher. I was there last week at the same time and got coffee without a problem from another two women so she just cleaned up early and did not want to make coffee. Very rude experience."
"The overall service here is mostly pleasant but the last time, the lady didn't know what she was doing. Don't know if she is new or just having a bad day. Still didn't stop me from coming back. Try out the new Chocolate Cream Cold Brew."
"Love the guy that works here. Unfortunately he wasn't there this morning so when I ordered my vanilla latte, I pain $6 dollars for warm milk. The girl working put no actual coffee in it, and didn't put the lid on securely. Disappointing to spend money on milk and a lap full of burning hot coffee before work."
