"i have always loved dutch bros but it’s now 2 times in a row that i have gotten the wrong drink. it happens, i know, but it is really frustrating waiting and saving up to go get a treat at the end of the week and it turns out to be completely different from what you wanted. they are always super friendly and i find this location is really quick but honestly i would wait another 10 minutes if it meant getting the order right."
"I usually do the drive through, so often times I don't get to go in. The one time I did, I didn't particularly enjoy it just because everyone is so quiet at this location for some reason (customers). HOWEVER the drinks are really good and the service is amazing! At most Dutch bros, I'll usually wait in the line for 20 minutes, at this place the longest I was there was 7 minutes! If you like frozen drinks, you MUST go here, or if you enjoy teas. Their coffees are very sweet, which may turn some people away, but the quality overall is very good compared to other locations. This is where I go when I want a cheap surprise for me and my partner, so it's a quick and easy stop! I highly recommend it! It's also right next to downtown gilbert, so you could warily make a date of it by stopped by there and then going on a stroll, checking out some of the bars or restaurants and seeing what interests you- or you can enjoy the scenery alone, which at nighttime is very cozy and lively. I especially enjoy the afternoons when everyone is exercising or walking and smiling!"
"This location can be a bit sketchy at times so I took my OneWheel inside and set it on the floor out of the way. The passive aggressive manager ran out of her office and “asked” me if I could take it outside bc she was worried about the floor getting dirty- the tire on my OW is no more dirty than the bottom of anyone else’s shoe! I guess they must be completely ignorant to all the drug deals going down behind the Circle K next door. Not cool!"
