"I went to this place for what I believe will be the last time. I ordered a French Dip with extra beef and a loaf of honey wheat bread. The French Dip did NOT have extra beef on it as I paid for and yet did not receive - just the same old 3 slices making it mostly bread, which I was trying to avoid, not to mention the meat was over cooked and extremely dry (even with the au jus) -not satisfying at all. Then there was the bread which was under baked. It was very heavy/dense and sticky. It should be light and fluffy. I threw it out. Disgusting. Very disappointed with the whole ordeal. Another establishment added to the list of places I will not return to."

"I have tried 3 times to like it here. Each time no one has greeted me as I wait at the front counter. Today the man was doing something at the bread. There was a women cooking, A women came from the back to talk to the women cooking about someone dancing. Still no one looked up or acknowledged me. Finally the man came over and took my order. If it was the first time this had happened I would think bad day. However 3 times. Pretty much done trying."

"Great bread… When you can get it. Was here last few evenings in a row and they are consistently sold out. Last night at 8:30 they said there was no bread in the entire store. Maybe just order some more or make more bread if running out is a regular occurrence. Also, you can’t pay with tap - no Apple Pay or chip. The card reader doesn’t work frequently , and they don’t accept bills bigger than a 20. Really? It’s like they don’t want you to buy their bread. Do better Kneaders"

"Two of us went on a Friday afternoon around 3. They didn't have the bread my wife wanted, didn't have turkey for the second choice. So I guess the recommendation is go early if you want selection. The food tasted ok, but bidenomics sure is evident, as you pay more and get less. Chicken salad on croissant was quite sparse on the chicken salad. Not worth $10.50 for sure. The other sandwich is chicken pesto for reference. My take away is, not a good value."

"This place is such a treat. Good sandwiches, salads and soups. The bread is so soft and fresh. The carrot cake is really good and so are the brown butter chocolate chip cookies. The soda machine has the good crushed ice and Coke! They make adorable gift baskets (made by the sweetest woman named Karen) and have a great selection of home decor items. Perfect teacher gifts!"
