"While shopping at this store I was made very uncomfortable and pretty disappointed to see what this store has come to. I used to love shopping at this location but my most recent visit I had a bad experience. While shopping with my younger sister an employee (I found out was later the manager named Aaron) was almost following us around and trying to, what seemed like flirt with the both of us! I understand it’s your job to be friendly but this wasn’t the same thing. We didn’t even get a chance to actually shop and left feeling objectified."

"The store manager was rude and condescending. I tried to return defective skateboard wheels I bought 3 days ago. Had my receipt and tried to reason with them. Contacted corporate and I am waiting for a call back. Disappointed with this store I have been shopping there for 20 years. Store manager referred me to another local store to shop in the future. A random employee threaten to kick my son and I out of the store when we asked the managers name. Will update after I talk with corporate. I have to give a huge Thank You to Chase the District Manager he was very concerned and made things right. He also made me feel like a valued customer. He gets 5 starz."
