"I just want to say that the service there was incredible. I informed the manager. Michelle Covarribo, that I was happy, that the service that I got, when ordering my smoothie was awesome. "I never write bad reviews but this one I couldn't let go. So I go in and order a simple chicken wrap, it took them literally 20 minutes to make it. I asked if there's a manager on duty they said no.I said why is it taking 20 minutes for one sandwich, the little brat that worked there said well we have Drive-Ins and online orders for pick up, if you would have come to the drive through or ordered online you would have gotten it faster. Good food but I will never come back here or recommend this place to anybody."
"the wait times are insane. there will be nobody in the store or in the drive through, and it will take 10 minutes for one drink. i love tropical and come here so often but i have always had to wait minimum of 8 minutes for a smoothie with is insane with how many workers they have."
"I ordered an acai bowl. The menu says it has strawberries, blueberries, and banana on it. Mine didn't come with blueberries. More disappointing was that the granola was ground up like a powder!!! I love the crunch of granola. They need to change the picture of an acai bowl on the menu because mine did not look like it. I had an acai bowl at another Tropical Smoothie Cafe and it was prepared correctly."
"Not sure why this place doesn't have higher reviews. Service was great, had a smoothie in my hand in less than 5 minutes. Staff was friendly and restrooms were very clean."
