"My daughter went into the store today to exchange a bra. The level of unprofessionalism she received was unreal. Whoever Tammie is decided to size her with her jacket on then rudely go “oh, we don’t carry YOUR size” first of all, this is a plus size store, have some compassion for your customers. Then, instead of just refunding the bra that didn’t fit or offering an exchange (my daughter exclusively wears lane Bryant bras because they fit her) she rudely tried to tell her that she wouldn’t be performing an exchange because “it had already been worn” just out of curiosity, was she not supposed to try it on? Because that’s kind of how clothes and undergarments work. Won’t be doing business at this location again, thank you for being rude and ruining a girls day because you’re unhappy with yourself, Tammie."

"Went into the store looking to go for a new wardrobe, that place used to be so welcoming and inviting to walk into. As I was trying on clothes one of the workers, Stacy, hid my clothes from me to embarrass me. She was entirely rude to me the time before that and wouldn’t get up from the ottoman complaining about her knees. Worst experience i’ve ever had I thought this store was supposed to be a safe place. I could hear Stacy whispering to one of the other workers commenting about my body size."

"I normally like this store but I went in today to look for a few new shirts and possibly a bra, I have lost 85 pounds so my sizes have changed and there was only one other customer when I walked in and about 3 employees with another coming in behind me and not one said welcome or asked if I needed any help with anything, they just stood around chatting with each other even when I walked over to the checkout they ignored me so I left. This is the second time I've encountered the employees do this at this location. Please do better ladies, I don't want hovering but it would be nice to be acknowledged"

"My review is solely based off of the customer service I received. I am not a customer there but my mother is. She had ordered some things from them a few months back and it was past the return date. I went in there to return the items for my mother because she has declined in health over the past few months and they showed empathy and still allowed me to return the items my mother had ordered even though it was past the return date. Thanks so much for being understanding, showing kindness and working with me."
