"I went to exchange an in store purchase without a receipt. I have the order reference number, date of purchase and even showed them the points from that same date. Three store reps and they all said that without a receipt I would get a store credit for the lowest selling price plus 50% less of that value. What a joke!! I called the chandler store and they said the store has the ability to pull up the receipt with all the information I had but they still refused to give me full credit. I go back to school shopping at this store, buy birthday gifts, Christmas gifts and buy all of my kids footwear and athletic gear from here and this is how I get treated! Adidas has lost me as a customer. It only takes one bad experience!"

"Man, do I love this store when everything is 50% off? Yes, yes I do. The shoe and clothing selection at this outlet is great! I would rank it as 5 stars if the customer service reps were more attentive. There has been times where I can walk all the way to the back of the store and back outside without a greeting. However, the location is always clean and the AC is always cold. It is a nice place to stop to get out of the heat and into some sweet kicks. Or some sweet slides, oh the comfortable slides. Adidas has definitely become my go to brand for shoes and athletic wear, mainly because of this particular location. All day I dream about slides!"

"Since Adidas came out with their Boost Running Shoes I became a believer, and don't buy anything else to run in. I have a wide foot and these shoes conform the best to my width size. Aside from their shoes their clothing gear is comfortable and have a consistent fit. Today I visited the Adidas Outlet store at the Premium Outlets on Twin Peaks and I-10. I am a frequent visitor being that I am an avid fan for Adidas gear! The service was great and the staff was quite helpful and attentive. There always seems to be updated styles and the sales are great! Reccomend:) and Highly Recommend the Boost Running Shoes."

"Nice store. Staff may have been a little too helpful. I was asked 3 times in 5 minutes by the same person if I was okay. I looked at the golf shorts, but they didn't have an extra pocket for a cellphone and the rear pockets were sewn shut and didn't have buttons to secure their contents."
