"I’m quit disappointed whenever I come here. I love AE jeans but they don’t keep up with stock at this location. They’re always out of sizes. Most of the jeans are light colored jeans. They need more dark wash and black colors like they do online."
"The employees are nice but Everytime I come here, they're almost out of every size except 00, 0 and 2. I know those are most likely the least popular sizes so they're the only ones left but they should be able to keep up with the demand for larger sizes."
"I admit it.... I am thin and it is really hard to find decent jeans that are small enough to stay on my waist, yet long enough that I don't look like I am wearing Capri pants. Thank you AE! Only downside: with the disposable fashion trend, chances are that the perfect style that you discovered last shopping trip will no longer be made, and going by the product descriptions of previous purchases (slim fit, skinny, straight leg, flex fit, etc) will not guarantee that those same descriptors will render the same fit."
"After driving 10 hours today, I was tired but needed to exchange a pair of jeans for a different size. I called ahead to make sure they had the size and style in stock. They told me they did and took my name. When I showed up, the jeans were not available in my size. So their horrible customer service made a long day even longer. AND I still don’t have my jeans."
