"On my trip to the mall today I stopped in at Hollister to grab some stuff for a baby shower and my little sisters senior photos. everything was fantastic until I asked about the discount that was posted. The sales associate (who was very friendly and awesome) had asked Danielle or “Dani”(?) A manager clearly. To help her out with the discount. Danny had not acknowledge the associate at all, didn’t make any sort of eye contact with her or speak to her- instead it seemed like she stomped away in the opposite direction because she didn’t listen to her associate Who had tried to communicate with her multiple times about the item of clothing she was speaking about. Eventually I ended up saying excuse me that’s not the correct item and redirecting her, and which she ended up not even going towards that area she just went up to the computer and applied the discount without saying a word. In my opinion being in customer service for over 10 years now, this is the most disrespectful I have ever seen a manager treat an employee while a customer had been present. I wish I could go in and figure out what the name of the girl who was helping me was, as I want her to know that she’s doing an amazing job. I also want her to know that her managers attitude is no reflection of the employee that she is. I hope y’all have some training about how to treat your employees."
"Came in about 15 minutes before close, was touch disappointed to find that 99% of the jeans that I liked they didn't have in Long sizes, asked one of the employees, Joel, if they possibly had some in the back and he went above and beyond to find me a pair that I liked in my size. He was so friendly and helpful. 10 out of 10 customer service and kindness, especially so close to closing time."

"Nice store first time there. Clothes great quality which would explain the prices. Good sales. Small store no social distancing. No one out side saying there are so many customers outside, please wait. I just went for a gift card. Children and infants, and newborns no masks. No gift or item is worth that much..."
