"I've never shopped here before & decided to go in and look around. I had a few questions about sizing (since we cant try on) & the employees were annoyed by me even speaking to them. I ended up buying a few things and as I walked out my bag ripped so I had to ask for a new one, the employee rolled her eyes & walked away. Overall, horrible customer service."
