"I have been wearing Lucky Brand jeans long enough that my favorite cut has been retired twice. My current jeans have seen better days, so I stopped in for a new pair. The staff member I worked with (I didn't get his name) was a wonderful help - he actually knew the history of the cuts and was able to steer me toward a *new* cut based on my preferences. Unlike many jeans, back-gap has never been an issue for me with Lucky Jeans (which is why I keep going back)! I additionally needed to pick up a 100% cotton shirt for a glass blowing class at Sonoran Glass School - the same associate expertly guided me to all of the cotton options in store. I would happily shop this store/Lucky Brand location again!"
"Went there for their jeans only I bought elsewere before, but after the store experience and customer service from Monett and other sales associates I'm definitely coming back. Right away she greeted me offering help finding sizes and style information and not just that , but she followed by asking me if she could bring me another size or style and she did all the way to the fitting room. The only unpleasant thing is that they don't have 36" long pants in stock, but she fixed that by also mentioning that 34" dark wash pants are a little longer, that helped a lot as well. The store also had pretty good deals."
