"Ordered on the mobile app. Ended up spending forty-three minutes there because although my order confirmed on screen and in the app, it 'disappeared' after. I spoke to a woman on the intercom about the issue, she said she'd look it up, then she seemingly told no one and just left me hanging longer. I flagged a fellow down who eventually assisted with a manager after a lot of back and forth. Got a shake that was more melty liquid than shake and some congealed buffalo bites. Messaged Sonic Guest services about the issue and got no reply. Not sure if it was an actual system glitch or the order was given to the wrong car initially, but the situation was nutty."
"Decent, average fast food that has lots of offerings. Their all-day half-price happy hour on drinks through the app is great. One of my favorite things about Sonic is that they have Tots. I know when I have an itch for them, this where to go. This great place to be signed up with the app because they are regularly offering specials available only through there. Service is always good and friendly."
"First the app would not process my order. Then they shorted me an order of tots. THEN I get home and the coney is an overcooked, shriveled, dry disaster! Who is managing this place?"
"Came in for their special offer. 99 cents cheese sticks. Not a sonic fan but their cheese sticks are okay. They have slushees & drinks half off through the app."
