"placed a mobile order at 9:30, went through and they had the lanes blocked off. they said they closed the kitchen already even though they close at 11. i already had paid for my food and they said they would not refund me. unacceptable for the kitchen to be closed over an hour before they close. i want my money and time back."
"Worse McDonald's ever. First the employees are always rude and always seem to be in a bad mood. They take forever to make orders. Average wait time in the drive thru is 30min, and when you finally get your food, you can guarantee that your order is wrong or missing an items. God forbid they ask you to pull over to drive thru spaces for your order, then you're waiting for 45min, and when they come out, they have no organization to which food belongs to which car. I know there is no use to complain, I mean it's McDonald's... they don't care, but for the fact that McDonald's is almost becoming unaffordable, you'd think they'd step there game up."
"I ordered 2 hot fudge sundaes then ended up waiting in drive through line for over 30 minutes. When I paid, the gentleman told me they would make them fresh when I got to the window. They both had been sitting there and had melted half way. The girl threw one away but was told not to throw them out and give them to us. They made a fresh one to replace the one thrown away and when I asked for the second one to be made fresh the manager lied telling me she had just made them and had barley took them to the window. And refused to make me a fresh second one to replace the melted one. I went in today and spoke to the manager one duty and she just acted like she didn't understand a thing and told me to come back Tuesday when the store manager would be in. I live about 140 miles away and will be home then! This store is the most absolute rudest and laziest and slowest I have ever come across. Go to any other one but this one. You will be glad you did!"

"Why do they vindictively make my sandwich every time I ask for extra toppings look at the picture because that look like two pumps or 10 of mayonnaise.... I'm sorry you're an adult that works at McDonald's for a living if you hate your job quit... don't take it out on the customers...."
