"I come in quite regularly now for an egg white Colorado omelet meat well done with hash browns and the cooks make it consistently delicious. I mostly do take out and always get Tonya Erica or Chaz some super servers so I'm very appreciative of the service I get. Keep up the good work IHOP team"
"Unfortunately, we did not have a good experience here. We were seated at a table with food (eggs) on the seat. The restaurant was not that busy, and our server kept forgetting about us. We asked for a sweet tea, and we were given iced coffee with a lime in it. I was in disbelief. Our son's refill took our server about 10 mins to come back with it. The floors were dirty, food and straw wrappers under the tables. Unfortunately, my family and I will be going to another location from now on. My wife tried the new chocolate chip pancakes that they were advertising. There was no chocolate syrup on them, so we asked our server if they could add it. My BBQ Burger had very little BBQ. The couple that was seated next to us about 10 mins after us, received their food before us. And, all the servers seemed to be only worried about being in the back talking. Which, was quite loud. Loud enough for me to hear the cursing that they were saying."
"Usually when I come here, the staff are great and the food made well. However, this early morning was a bit different… a couple of officers arrived and before they entered the building, my server/waitress loudly stated “I’m not serving them”, and proceeded to have another coworker from the kitchen serve them. Pretty sad to see and hear this as these men and women in uniform do a lot for us. My server/waitress (name starts with a letter T) also dropped off the check when I was barely half way done with the omelette, and never came back. More fries would’ve been nice, but I guess their chatting in the kitchen was more important."
"Delivering for Doordash, IHOP has a new virtual restaurant: Pardon My Cheesesteak! Smelled really good, not on their normal menu. Staff was efficient and friendly! Update, Feb 24 Understaffed, but they try! Very long wait for a DoorDash order…"
