"I am always going to be slightly biased when I rate one of these potbelly locations only because there’s sandwiches, to me, are that damn good. OK, fan. Talk aside, this location is exemplary. The six or so times I have been there, regardless of the line, the folks working there are engaging and warm to the customers. I will drive blocks out of my way for their tuna, and that’s probably my least favorite sub from them because I only get it when I’m not feeling very well. It’s soothing, kinda like if chicken noodle soup became a sandwich. I digress, but all of this to say that this location is outstanding. It’s always clean, the food is always fresh and well prepared, and everybody there seems like they actually really want to be there."
"First time trying a Potbelly restaurant. Came in for the soups, but I also had a sandwich and drink. Sandwich was ok, but a little shy on the meat within... should be a little more for the cost. Soup was good, but not as hot as i wished... could be because I came in at opening time. The chicken pot pie soup is really tasty. Drinks a little pricy as well. At register, you must select a 'tip choice' before it will process. Fast food place, and they all seem to do this now... I'm not a fan!"
"I had the Steakhouse Beef sandwich and the Chicken Pot Pie soup and I can’t even describe how delicious it really was. This is a awesome place. It’s nice it’s clean it’s and it’s laid-back place to come eat"
"I have had good experience before but today's order had avocado that shouldn't have been used and turkey slice had unusual darkened edge. (And that is just cursory look at one half the flat bread delivered) looked at other half the sandeich and second picture added. Please do a better job of reviewing the quality of the ingredients used prior to including in an order."
"Having grown up in Chicago, I have been going to Potbelly's for years. When they finally made it to the Phoenix Valley I was thrilled. Now with this one open in the West Valley, there are plenty of locations wherever you are. This one was very clean. The staff was friendly and quick. The food tasted fresh and was made to look like it was assembled with care. The inside is spacious enough for a sandwich shop. With plenty of seating inside and out. I And they deliver too. I will definitely be coming back here again."
