Jack in the Box

"When you order on the jack n box app and ask for delivery. It does not tell you what delivery service (uber, door dash) will be delivering well my order was canceled and I received an email from Jack n box it was n to call store. I called they said they did not cancel, they did not know who would be delivering and how I would get my money back.. completely ridiculous!! Do not order delivery straight from jack n box app. Customer service is trash!!!"

"We should have checked the reviews before driving through. The only people who were doing their jobs at 3:30pm-3:50pm on 01-20-2024 (when we visited) were the cashier at front and at the window. Everyone else, UNFORTUNATELY IN THE KITCHEN AND COOKING, was shouting obscenities at each other and talking about how much they don't want to work. The burger was subpar, they put mayo on it though I asked for no mayo, the fries were horrible and tasted of day old oil. If you want food poisoning, this is the place! I feel so bad for the two women who were actually doing and trying to do a good job, begging the others in the back to stop wasting food."

"Update: 12/6/23 After I sent feedback on the app about the free fries, they're supposed to text your phone, yet it wasn't working....Jack must have been busy so he had someone from corporate send me 2 free combo coupons, oh YEAH!!!! SO I ABSOLUTELY LOVE the Ultimate Bacon Cheeseburger, and they let you pick the size, sm. med. or lrg. Ty Jack the the great crew @ Dysart location . Great taco's, and through the app you can get 2 for .99 cents. (1.08 after tax) However, mobile apps don't get a regular full receipt, therefore I get no reward points since I don't get a full receipt. Not fair, one should still get a regular receipt, you would think"

"Love this location but only in the morning. The afternoon crew is a whole different story. Burgers were dripping grease. Dripping! Like a puddle in my dine in basket. They took a hot minute to take order when it wasn't busy at all. When she finally came around to us, it was like she was too busy to give us customer service. The morning crew is so friendly, so smiley, just a whole different vibe."

"Not a great experience. We went in as a last minute decision. It took about 10 mins before we got a cashier to take our order. She was running back and forth from out in the parking lot. Apparently there were orders messed up in drive. The cashier was neither friendly nor rude. Dining area did need cleanup as all the tables were dirty."
