"Portions are great. Food is delicious. Place is clean. Employees courteous and fast on the line. This location has drive thru too and blows the litchfield one out of the water. I will drive out of the way for good chipotle. Delicious. Litchfield step it up!"

"Update: if you’ve had a bad experience at this location and they instruct you to email your complaints to the customer service email or link - they still do NOTHING but lip service and give you NO credit and NO refund to return, even after I vomited my meal back into my burrito bowl after I was finished - so why bother? This is a nasty location and should be closed. Truly awful. Original review: This has got to be a new location and they have yet to get things right. It was also empty at lunch time. First of all why does the guacamole look like it’s been out for several days? Did they make this two days ago? It should not be dark or brown (see picture). They certainly shouldn’t be charging extra (and they still have to tell you that guacamole is extra, how obnoxious - we GET IT. It’s been an extra cost for AS LONG AS YOUVE BEEN OPEN) - anyway they shouldn’t be charging ANYTHING AT ALL for their guacamole when it looks like this. The “carne asada” which is also charged at a premium, was gristly/fatty and sliced into pieces that were way too large. I spit out the meat several times because they are not cutting around the fat and gristle, rather they are including it in the cut. For the extra price they charge for this poor excuse for carne asada, it should be a more premium cut of meat - and if it’s not (clearly it’s not), then they should at the VERY LEAST not include the pieces of gristle and fat in someone’s meal. The fact that this even needs to be pointed out tells me that management and quality control is extremely lacking here. This is an embarrassing excuse for a new location and a poor representation of the brand as a whole. Awful. Will not be returning to this location."

"Placed and order on line for 2 orders of 3 soft tacos opened the ordered an the tacos where flat and merged together and the meat was out, tried calling the restaurant and it keeps saying try your call later after all the prompts. Presentation matters and this is ridiculous, if I had enough time I would have gotten a refund."

"I've been coming here since they opened and by far I have had consistently the worst experiences here compared to any other Chipotle. I could deal with the teenage staff and their crummy attitudes but getting an order with the incorrect protein and what looks like a gross half of an avocado in my food is where I draw the line. Hoping things get better here because the location and Chipotlane are actually so convenient."

"We've been waiting months for this place to open, and now that it finally is, we just went for our first meal there. Right off the bat, this location is way too small for the growing area, especially for how busy chipotles usually get. The max occupancy capacity is only 60. There is not a lot of seating for families of 4 or more and practically none for 5 or larger. Also, just a little nit pick, but all the seating is basically on the side where the sun is hitting during the hottest time of the day. Other than all that, the food was good. My wife and I both got chicken burritos, which were nicely filled and tasted very good. Two of our kids shared a kids' meal, and they enjoyed it very much. Our oldest got a bean and cheese burrito and had no complaints."
