"This location consistently screws up my burrito every single day.. I will no longer go here because they cannot grasp the concept that the sauce for your salad should be evenly distributed throughout the entire burrito... Three days in a row I gave this location a chance and ordered a barbecue ranch wrap.. And 3 times in a row Zero barbecue sauce on seventy five percent of the salad..."
"Been going to salad and go for a while and have loved it...but not sure if it's inflation playing a role but I ordered a chicken ceasar wrap; the tasted was off and the consistency of the chicken was of canned chicken! Not good at all. Very disappointed."
"They make the salads as you order them quickly. We love the cob with extra protein ( chicken) and 2x dressing packs. I like the fact that we can choose the type of lettuce used, and the serving bowls are excellent for shaking and mixing the dressing over all of your salad equally."

"Was driving by and decided unexpectedly to have this for dinner for my family of 5. I ordered everything was fine and at the end of my order I was told that for their convenience next time I was going to place a big order (4 salads and 1 protein box 2 coffees and 2 waters) to order ahead because it’s faster and takes less time. Mind you I was the only one in line… I thought that was extremely rude and uncalled for. I order ahead from here ALL the time (2-4times monthly). But apparently they can’t handle a drive thru order of 4 salads protein box coffee and water? I was pretty shocked and of course didn’t want to upset them since they are making my food so I didn’t say anything to them in person. But come on? Am I missing something here is their a new requirement I didn’t read about or something? Oh and then after getting our salads one was byo which I paid extra for a couple things plus double chicken (on all salads) I get it and it has half the lettuce all the other ones had. I paid extra and got less. Bad attitude and less portions. I loved this place but I’ll definitely rethink going back."
