"This Sonic has got to be an absolute joke. Check your order, your drinks and your sauces before you drive away. See the pic. Does that look like a grape slush to you? It’s white. They sent me home with a cup full of unflavored shaved ice. The fool bringing food out to you is a straight up LIAR. told me that “it’s grape underneath they just covered it with ice to keep it cool…” No, liar. It’s a cup full of unflavored ice. When I asked for AND PAID FOR a grape (supposed to be purple in color not clear) slush. MORE LIES when I asked if the sauces were in the bag with the food. I checked before I drove off: NO SAUCES. Here’s a tip: DONT LIE when you know that you’re NOT giving me what I’m paying for, and DONT LIE when you dont KNOW the answer to my question. Are the sauces in the bag? No actually, no they’re not. In real estate we call that fraudulent misrepresentation. Go elsewhere at ALL COSTS to integrity and sanity. Awful. And horrible service. Waited WAY TOO LONG for this kind of inexcusable MESS. Avoid. Avoid. Avoid."

"Absolute horrible service. I ordered a plain ice cream cone and they gave it to me upside down in a cup without a spoon to even eat it with. I don’t know how you could mess that up it’s literally an ice cream cone. Then my wife got the Large Master Shake and it came out with the consistency of water and tasted like milk. It said on the screen Alexis was the guy who came and he was awful. Basically tossed the cone in my hand when I reached to get it. Overall the staff here is incompetent and just terrible service overall. Don’t come here."
