"Went to order food and they were absolutely out of almost everything! They said they not expecting a delivery until possibly Tuesday. This is at least the second time this happened. Ugh!"

"I have ordered pickup from this Subway at least 30 times and they mess up my order every.single.time. The only thing I can count on is that the workers cannot read the order correctly and WILL mess up the order. Updating this review because I gave them another chance and ordered tuna (they always mess up my turkey order). Got my sandwich and there was MAYBE 2 tbsp of tuna on the footlong sub. Tried to call about it and no answer after multiple attempts. Terrible subway."

"I am not one to leave negative reviews for restaurants/fast food/retail places as I'm a young adult and have put years into working those kinds of places. So I'm always one to give them the benefit of the doubt. Personally, when I walk into a subway I dont expect amazing service, I just wanna leave with a decent sandwich. However, I walked out of this place fuming, not because of how I was treated or served as a customer but how the workers treated each other, more specifically how they treated the trainee. Putting aside that the other workers (a girl with green and purple hair, something I'd usually compliment but her style clearly doesn't match her nasty personality, and guy with long hair that had an airpod in) didn't even greet me nor make eye contact with me when I came in (they were doing online orders) as the trainee was helping another customer. I knew she was a trainee as she made a comment to the man at the register along the lines of "sorry I'm new" because she didn't know how to do something at the register (which is perfectly acceptable, but the other workers should be there to help her). I probably stood there a good five minutes as the other workers right in front of me were silent pretending I was invisible. Clearly leaving all the work of the walk-ins for the trainee, disgusting. The trainee finishes the transaction with the man, goes on to wash her hands and put on new gloves, IMMEDIATELY I LOVE HER, she passed her food handlers test and actually cares. She asks me about my sandwich build very politely and I tell her I want flatbread. For a moment she couldnt find the flatbread as it was kept separately on the back counter, perfectly reasonable when you're new to a job to not be able to find something. She asks the colored hair girl where it is and she instantly looks annoyed and very passively aggressively shows her. A moment later after the colored hair girl goes back to the mobile order the trainee asks her a clarifying question about the cut of the flatbread for a 6-inch, the girl COMPLETELY IGNORES HER, again disgusting. Then when i wanted my sandwich toasted the trainee needed help with the oven, the trainee asks the same girl and she audibly SCOFFS at the trainee then proceeds to answer her question. I am horrified. So much of me wanted to say something to the colored hair girl but I am a very reserved person, but I wish I did. This attitude infuriates me. I understand working at subway probably isn't fun, but we all end up at a job to pay the bills. These kinds of jobs are where I've met some of the best people and now friends I know. Even if you're not there to make friends the least you can do is be friendly as stress and passive aggression does not make an efficient work environment. I'm sure we all want the job to be easy and smooth. You can't have the store run smoothly and efficiently if these people aren't trained properly, and with this attitude meeting them, SCARED to ask questions. I'm someone that picks up the routine of these jobs pretty quickly but I cant do that if I have a rude trainer and I don't feel I can ask questions. if I were in the trainees shoes the amount of anxiety I'd have to work there. I have quit multiple jobs because of this attitude, but I've never seen it so blatant and right in front of customers faces. Not to mention, the amount of turnover youre gonna have if the trainers and managers have this attitude. Do better, Sarival Subway. This is despicable. To the red head trainee: the sandwiches you made me were great, you seem so kind and I hope you can take can take that kindness and work to a better environment. I know job hunting is terrible nowadays but I encourage you to try."

"Normally, I dont have an issue with most subway locations even if the service isn't the best. But for whatever reason, this particular location on Sarival and Yuma seems to have some of thee nastiest employees. From one staff member using the same gloves, they made your sandwich with and touching their hair, then back on your food. To another, having gloves on and ringing up another customer with the gloves on and then proceeds to make your sandwich with the same glove. To one with purple and blue hair who just seems high as the cost of living. This staff member seemed like she was so irritated that she had to do her job that she applied for and hardly puts any meat on my sube but a ton of onions and hot peppers. She then takes her hands rather than finding a spoon to scoop hot peppers. When I got to work I wanted to cry but I was forced to eat it not only because it was all I had but my money was spent. It's ALWAYS SOMETHING. I'm over this location. The store manager should be embarrassed"

"Do not use this Subway any longer as it has really went downhill. Tried ordering sandwiches online last night and they were out of a lot of things. I finally found a sandwich that was available and order three of them for the family. About 15 minutes later I get a call saying they are out of bacon for the all american club. They offered to use roast beef instead of the bacon which I agreed to. When I received the sandwich everything was warm and there was almost nothing on the sandwich. One slice of ham, turkey, roast beef, lettuce, and a tomato. Looked at their website today and it shows a ton of items as out of stock."
