"They were busy, we got seated and handed menus. We waited awhile before we were approached. The waitress asked our drink order and several minutes go by. Another server asks us for a drink order eventually I let them know we put in our order already. 5 minutes later our server comes by and asks another server if they got our drink order. She then asked for us to remind her what our drink order was. We left. I understand being busy but taking a drink order and then having Tobe reminded what it was after after us sitting there is unacceptable. I think I will go to less busy places that are better organized where I enjoy the food more."
"I got my order to go, but even my leftovers were good the next day! The service was great. I made a special request to get extra bacon one one of their combos meals because I don't eat eggs and they were able to accommodate that request for me. They also made to double my to go order with me to make sure nwas left behind. I love this place!"
"I am a regular at this restaurant and have never had bad service or bad food. They are always pushing out hot, fresh food pretty quickly. The service is always with a genuine smile. The one and only complaint I can muster up about this place is they they don't have grits on the menu. If that happens, this restaurant is perfection!"
"Food was horrible. Gravy had too much flour, biscuits were hard enough to play baseball with, hash browns were greedy and tasted funny, french toast had half a pound of butter. I went with my mom and my kids. Bill was $177 but it wasn't worth$20 for all of it it was so bad. And they weren't busy at all and took an hour and 15 minutes to get the food for a family of 5. I would never ever recommend this restaurant to anyone!!!"
"Excellent food! Second visit here. All was good however we didn’t get our food for about 40 minutes… ordered breakfast. We found out one of the cooks had walked out. It happens. Have no idea what the circumstances were. We’ll still go back for great food!"
