McDonald's

"I thought I would grab a breakfast sandwich on the way out from shopping. I was wrong. I walked up to the counter with no other customers around and 2 workers at the counter and before I could speak they told me to use the Kiosk to order. Well apparently the two workers weren't smart enough to take orders from a human. No thanks, I walked out. If morons can't take my order how are they smart enough to cook my order? I'm done with McDonald's. I'll just take my order down the street and talk to Jack... At least he can think out of the box."

"Hungry and in need of a hot tea I approached the counter and was swiftly told that I need to order at the kiosk which I hate to do. But with no other choice I did just that and several times was looking for help not knowing exactly what to do. I finally figured it out and ordered 2 sausage McMuffins and a large hot tea and paid for it. I was called to counter to be told that they don't have hot tea. I asked if they charged for the hot water and was told no.I then asked if I could get a hot water and said I'll go to Walmart to buy a tea bag. I was then delivered my food and the hot water. I asked the young lady about my money and I showed her my receipt with the charge for the hot tea. She literally, said nothing threw up her arms shrugged her shoulders and walked away from me not refunding my money. And to top it off the sandwiches are burnt and hard as hell. Too bad, I'll have to go to a McDonald's with customer service and appreciation. This one doesn't have that."

"Unfortunately, I had the worst experience I've ever had a McDonalds. The drive thru line had about 20 car waiting so we decided to run inside and order our food to go. We ordered our food at 1:25pm and we did not receive our food until 2:15!!! Yes, you read that correct, it took McDonalds 50 minutes to get us our food. We reached out to corporate to explain the situation and they were actually very friendly. However, the franchise owner/manager called us back later that day and had nothing but excuses and wouldn't take responsibility nor apologize for the terrible service. Seeing how the franchise manager responded makes it so easy to understand why their store is run the way it is. I will never visit this McDonalds location again."

"Workers moving at a glacial pace and laughing around. Seemed more interested in talking to colleagues than actually preparing food. Waited 30 minutes for a burger and some fries. Restaurant was not busy at all"

"Eh Mc Donald's is super bad. Fast food is one thing but bad food is another. The chicken bites don't even look like chicken. Their fries were under cooked. The big Macs were tiny, like a child's burger, on top of that made me feel sick after. Disappointed."
