"Horrible, horrible customer service. Stood there for quite some time before anyone actually acknowledged us. Tall male employee with curly light brown hair was so incredibly rude and insolent, we walked out. Will never go there again."
"I am so impressed by the impeccable customer service skills Jovani (I hope that’s how you spell his name) presents. My husband and I went through the drive thru for a late night order, and from the minute he greeted us on the intercom speaker, he gave us such a wonderful experience. You can tell he cares about his role in the company and definitely shows up to make a difference. I sure hope his amazing efforts are recognized!"
"Complete horrible service came to drive-through seem to what I thought as the gentleman didn't want to help us today. It does enclose that it's 24 hours as I pulled into The Driver that's when the system was automatically down completely unacceptable will never be back again how are you? 24 hours but you're not open the gentleman seem like he was on drugs or something but it was completely unacceptable."
"People here are super rude while delivering for Uber at 4:45 am these guys can't just give me the order thru drive thru but make me come inside like I'm supposed to know that the restaurant opens on the inside before 5:00 a.m. you can't just be nice about it but have a little attitude and be real snark I don't recommend coming into this establishment until they put their people through Hospitality training"
"It seems they ask you to always park out front, I’m guessing to keep their timer in a certain window. When we got our order, they didn’t know which car out in the parking lot to go to. The fries were half filled and cold. This is unacceptable. We won’t be going back."
