"I came in today for something specific that they were out of. I decided to order a breakfast sandwich to go. I arrived at 10:40 and didn't get out of there until 11:11. They overcharged me based on the price on the posted menu. After a long wait, I got in the car and drove most of the way home before opening my to-go box, anticipating what I had hoped would be a good pastrami/egg/cheese/bagel sandwich. Unfortunately, that's not what I received. Instead I was given lox on a bagel. It might have been a happy accident if I weren't ALLERGIC to it. I was already 25 minutes away and needed to get back to work, so I didn't bother going back. I had read all of the google reviews saying orders were constantly being messed up, but I seriously thought it was an exaggeration. Nope. They gave me completely the wrong order. I had to throw the entire thing out. What a waste. I will say the pinch of bagel I took off the top to try it was very good. That didn't negate the entire rest of my experience, which was miserable. The whole trip was an utter disappointment."
"Always enjoy the bagels if I get there before they sell out! So yes if you want an awesome bagel sandwich or just on its own.... don't wait too late as they will be gone. Well worth getting up a bit early."

"Went in today for some bagels and cream cheese to take home. Haven’t been here in a long time, and I believe there are new owners. It looks great inside, the baked goods look amazing (will try next time). From first bite of my toasted jalapeno and cheddar bagel with veggie cream cheese…I was in heaven! Delicious! My hubby had the onion, and was already heading for another one! Yay, so excited to hit this gem up again!!"
