"We went late in the evening time and there was maybe three other people in the whole restaurant but yet it took forever to get food and when we did it wasn't very good. I normally love ihop but this one was way under standards. I will drive a little further next time to the other one on I17 and happy valley"
"Service was slow but bad. We were one of five tables so speed shouldn't be an issue. Food took a while and mine was cold but the only one that had that issue. Meals were all delicious. I've never been to this location but I think one near arrowhead knows how to do this slightly better."
"During our dining experience, it took the staff about 25 minutes to have our drink order taken. Usually our experience is very positve, unlike this time. I enjoy IHOP and the atmosphere usually, but something was out of sorts today. Then we still waited another 15 minutes to even get our drinks or food."
"I have been here several times. Service is poor to awful. It doesn't matter whether it's busy or not. It's 10-15 minutes waiting to get your order taken. Equal or longer before the food arrives. After you've finished expect another 10-15 minutes waiting for your check. If you come note how many people are seated without food and how many are sitting at tables that haven't been cleared waiting for their checks! They've wasted enough of my time. I'm not coming back!"
"This was a great location. Clean and the staff was very friendly. Wonderful service at the table. The food was good and what you expected from IHOP. We enjoyed a 2x2x2 and some coffee. The sausage was well cooked as was the bacon. The pancakes were delicious as usual and the eggs and hash browns just right"
