"I came last week and got a whole new set of tires. Waited about 3.5 hours for the work to be done. I thought it was a crazy wait time for tires but I chalked it up to they were busy and it is what it is. Unfortunately got a flat and had to come back in today. I made an appointment for 9am and was the second person in the door, I again waited 3.5 hours to get one tire fixed/replaced. They only had one person working the front Ronald, in the time I was there I witnessed him get verbally abused by many angry customers. They only had two people working and It was clearly not his fault. The technician had messed up the work in my tire and he took it upon himself to fix it and get me on my way. I really appreciate him making sure I was taken care of. However I won’t come back to this location."

"Went here on Saturday to get tire rods done, before that I went to get my car inspected. Pretty honest experience, no upselling involved and reasonable prices. The guy at the front was cool also (name starts with c). Would go here again for service, and the customer service is top notch, would recommend going here!"

"The staff was friendly and helpful. The convenience of them being open on Sunday was a huge difference because life happens 7 days a week. Their prices were fair and they had cheaper options if next day service was an option. I will be considering Big Brand for all my next tire needs."

"I needed new tires alignment and an oil change. This was a great experience they treated me and my wife very well the staff was great some of the best customer service I have had in a long time. I had gone to a couple other places and didn't get the same experience or treated the way they treated me here. I will definitely be back with my other vehicle and I will refer this place to others. Doyle helped us out and he was great! He was in contact with us the entire time let us know what was going on and just made it a great experience. Also they had amazing prices and deals on the tires and services they performed on the vehicle. Thank you guys we will be back and we will refer our friends and family."

"This is my first time patronising Big Brand. I originally went to Big O for a lube, oil and filter job for all my vehicles. Upon being referred by my friend, I tried their free engine oil change service and they met my expectations 100%. I was attended by Nick who is excellent and friendly and they are very fast and efficient (which is a good sign anytime you're looking for service) but they also recommend tires when mine are quite worn. They've been very fair with pricing as well. I would recommend Big Brand if you're shopping around for a good place to entrust your vehicle service to."
