Arby's

"I Order door dash from here often. I work across at the hospital so it's so convenient. The food I s great but every time I have ordered wheather it's just one meal or multiple meals, we never receive any sauces.Ever. I get disappointed everything but yet still crave some Arby's."

"All the food is third choice but good food. Except for worring about the speed of service, maybe Arby's needs a culture of making it's food the best it can. A few more minutes spend on serving fresh cooked food, ways to keep the hot food hot and the cold food cold, and several other tweaks can "make it right". I hope Arby's gets the food industry identity it needs. Breaking away from my thoughts about Arby's, I want to say that my order of food was good. The young lady in the cash register was direct and kind and the inside of the restaurant is clean. This food is mean't to be eaten in the first five to ten minutes but it did survive the ride back home."

"I try Arby's every few years just to remind myself... it's just not my thing. More a personal preference thing. Just not much to the sandwich. Service was great though!"

"I've been postponing this review as I wanted a name to the individual I needed to include in my review. I do know this store has a lot of students working later shifts, so I tend to come earlier in the day with the older crowd working. Some days I dine in, some days I go through the drive thru. Now, I don't want to go back at all. There's a specifically rude and disrespectful employee by the name of Rebekah. I've been victim to her sorry excuse of "customer service" more than once. She is not only rude to customers, but she's also a trouble to her fellow employees. She's yelling at them, belittling them AND has purposely pushed into a few of them with her shoulder as she walks by them. IN FRONT OF ME AND OTHER CUSTOMERS. I had felt inclined to say something or report it, but am worried about her retaliation, as she seems to have a lot of uncontrolled anger. I have a hard time ordering food here, I can't imagine what her coworkers must deal with daily. She's even mean to the little, elderly lady who's always sweet and working hard. It just isn't right. One line of advice for this Arby's? It's better to lose a single, bad apple- than to let the whole tree rot with it."

"New place, very clean. Seating space is not very large. Has the newer rustic designs with the wood planks, vintage lighting and the white subway tiles. Service was fast, cashier was very sweet and came out to check on how things were. A nice cozy little Arby's to stop in if you are in the area."
